- No claims will be processed without the sales invoice.
- Exchange can be furnished within 3 days if products is not used or altered / No Replaced.
- Once the dress is sold on SALE PRICE cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Claim process may take 7 working days.
- All claims are subject to the approval of head office as per the organizational polices.
- Claim will only be accepted at the same outlet where the products is purchased.
- Exchange is not accepted on the product purchased during sale period of promotion.
- Dry clean only.
- Claim for defects because of faulty washing & improper care are not accepted.
- Cash not refundable in any case.
